Mud Bath

Sink into the warmth of a traditional Irish peat mud bath and allow the outside world to drift away. Naturally rich in minerals and antioxidants, the earthy peat mud envelops the body while aromatic ginger and orange gently awaken the senses. Soak, slow down and surrender to the warmth before emerging with skin feeling soft and nourished and a wonderful sense of being grounded, refreshed and restored.

Please note: This treatment is not suitable for guests with thyroid conditions, those with an iodine allergy or sensitivity, or anyone who has been advised by their healthcare professional to avoid seaweed or iodine-based treatments.
