1. Terms and Conditions – The Spa at Cashel Palace

By making a booking, purchasing a product, or signing up for a membership with The Spa at Cashel Palace, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all spa treatments, facilities, memberships, retail purchases and gift vouchers.

• All treatments are subject to availability and must be secured with a valid credit or debit card.
• Guests must be aged 18 or over to access The Spa and thermal facilities.
• Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment. Late arrival may shorten treatment time without adjustment to the fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
• No-show appointments are charged in full.

• Guests must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or medication before treatment begins.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or certain health conditions; alternative options will be offered.

• Access to thermal suites, pool and relaxation areas is restricted to confirmed spa guests and spa members only.
• Robes, towels and slippers are provided for use during your visit and must be returned after use.
• Guests are kindly asked to respect a calm and quiet environment at all times.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Membership benefits and pricing may be updated from time to time; reasonable notice will be provided in advance of any changes.
• The Spa reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for misuse of facilities or breach of spa etiquette.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the expiry date stated.
• Vouchers must be presented at time of redemption and cannot be replaced if lost.

• Payment is taken at the time of booking or on the day of treatment.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and Cashel Palace gift vouchers.

• The Spa accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

The Spa at Cashel Palace may update these terms occasionally. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies.
